Johnson Controls is seeking a PSA Service Sales Rep - Fire to grow planned service agreements for fire and related building systems within commercial properties. You will develop new business, expand customer relationships, and convert opportunities into recurring revenue.

Responsibilities include conducting building surveys, preparing estimates, and supporting proposal development while coordinating with operations. Strong B2B sales experience and knowledge of building systems are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales within a commercial environment.
• Ability to sell technical or facility-related solutions driven by customer needs.
• Knowledge of commercial building systems (fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler, security, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell planned service agreements for commercial building systems.
• Establish contact with prospects and qualify buyers of service contracts.
• Develop relationships and follow up to maintain pipeline and customer trust.
• Identify needs and craft a sales strategy to match opportunities.
• Close sales to meet plan objectives and maintain backlog.
• Conduct surveys to support estimates and develop proposals.
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely reports.
