You will develop new business and expand existing relationships by understanding client needs and presenting service solutions that create recurring value.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in B2B sales, account development, or service agreement sales in a commercial environment.
• Ability to sell technical or facility-related solutions with an understanding of customer needs and decision drivers.
• Knowledge of commercial building systems, including fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler, security, sound, or inspections.
• Ability to conduct building surveys, prepare estimates, and support proposal development.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Demonstrated organization, follow-through, and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records, manage a proposal backlog, and produce timely sales reports.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.

• Close sufficient sales to meet sales plan objectives and maintain a healthy proposal backlog.
• Conduct building surveys to support estimates and develop accurate sales proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, correspondence, expenses, and competitive activity.
• Submit sales reports on time and keep internal stakeholders informed of pipeline status and customer developments.
