Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Service Sales Representative to promote and sell service agreements for commercial building systems, including fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler, security, sound, and inspections.

You will establish contact with prospects, qualify buyers, develop tailored solutions, and maintain strong customer relationships while meeting sales targets and documenting activities in our CRM.

Competenze

• 5 years minimum B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling a service or intangible or technical product.
• Prospecting, qualifying, solution selling and closing deals.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment with minimal direction and quota-based performance.
• Professional communication, interpersonal, and time leadership skills.
• Proficient with Windows and Oracle systems.
• Team-oriented mindset.

Mansioni

• Promote and sell service agreements for building systems (fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler, security, sound, inspections).
• Establish contact with prospects, qualify buyers, and schedule sales calls.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and generate leads for upgrades.
