Job summary
Convergint Technologies LLC in Maryland Heights, MO is seeking a full-time Fire Account Executive to grow our fire alarm business and cultivate new relationships within a dynamic sales team.
You will lead proposals, develop pipeline, present and close deals, and collaborate with SMEs to deliver winning solutions across markets such as healthcare, data centers, and government. Training, growth opportunities, and a competitive compensation plan are provided.
Qualifications
- Experience in the Fire Alarm industry with a strong understanding of NFPA codes and Life Safety applications.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to build customer confidence and cultivate business relationships.
Responsibilities
- Account Development: selling to dedicated accounts and services to increase customer lifetime value.
- Develop Pipeline: identify needs and build a business case for decisions.
- Proposal Construction: lead the sales pursuit team to create proposals with quotes and reasons for qualification.
- Presenting & Closing: present proposals and manage objections to close deals.
- Market Focus: identify and develop pipeline for assigned market segments (healthcare, data centers, government).
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to deliver winning proposals.
