Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Fire Account Executive to nurture new relationships, understand customer needs, and secure sales opportunities. You will join a dynamic sales team and contribute to our growing culture of exceptional service and results.

You will develop pipelines, collaborate with SMEs, and lead proposal generation and negotiations to close opportunities across markets such as healthcare, data centers, and education. This role is based in Seattle.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Fire Alarm industry with knowledge of NFPA codes/AHJ requirements.
• Strong problem solving and willingness to learn.
• Ability to build customer relationships and source opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and delivering presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop account pipeline for fire alarm integration, maintenance, and services.
• Collaborate with engineers, estimators, PMs to craft winning proposals.
• Lead the sales pursuit team; present proposals to decision makers and close deals.
• Identify and develop pipeline in assigned markets (global accounts, healthcare, data centers, education).
• Grow pipeline and achieve target results with timely negotiations.
