Convergint Technologies LLC in San Antonio is seeking a full-time Fire Account Executive to grow new relationships, understand customer needs, and secure sales opportunities in fire alarm and life safety solutions. You will join a dynamic sales team that fosters growth and a strong customer-first culture.

The role requires proven success in selling fire safety solutions, excellent presentation and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with engineers and managers to deliver winning

Qualifications

• Proven history of success selling Fire Alarm & Life Safety solutions.
• Strong affinity for problem solving.
• Desire to learn, understand, and apply solutions to customer challenges.
• Ability to build customer confidence and cultivate business relationships.
• Proactively source sales & service opportunities.
• Ability to adapt to business changes with the ability to influence others.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Account Development: selling to dedicated accounts for fire alarm integration services, maintenance programs and managed services.
• Develop Pipeline: work with real decision makers to assess need and create a business case.
• Proposal Construction: lead the sales team to build winning proposals, including quotes and business case.
• Presenting & Closing: present proposals to decision makers and manage objections to timing and price.
• Market Focus: identify pipeline in assigned markets like healthcare, data centers, government, and education.
• Collaborate with SMEs: work with designers, estimators, sales engineers, PMs and partners to craft winning proposals.
• Perform other duties as required.
