Job summary

The Hiller Companies, LLC is seeking a Service Coordinator to support the Service Manager and Technicians by coordinating schedules, materials, and documentation for fire protection service activities. The role serves as the liaison between customers and the Hiller team, ensuring efficient dispatch and accurate job closure.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily field service planning, communicating with customers, tracking progress, and maintaining thorough service records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in business-to-business customer service is required.
• Prior service department experience preferred, life and safety industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily schedules and planning of field service technicians for inspections and repairs.
• Communicate and resolve scheduling issues with customers and personnel.
• Monitor activity and update customers on arrival times and status changes.
