This onsite role requires strong communication and 2+ years of B2B customer service experience.

Key duties include coordinating daily schedules, liaising with customers, managing inspections and repairs, and ensuring proper documentation.

Qualificações

• 2+ years’ B2B customer service experience is required.
• Prior service department experience is preferred in life/safety or related.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate with outside organization contacts.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems; fast learner of new programs.
• Strong organizational, time-management and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage daily schedules for field service technicians and plan inspections, maintenance, testing and repair work.
• Communicate with customers and staff to schedule inspections and resolve issues.
• Monitor technician activity to meet customer commitments and report status updates.
• Review completed jobs, verify inventory and cost materials for job closure.
• Maintain inspection documentation and ensure portal updates and data integrity.
• Provide route planning to improve efficiency and reduce travel time and costs.
