Job summary

The Hiller Companies, LLC is seeking a Service Coordinator in the Los Angeles area to support the Service Manager and Technicians, coordinating schedules, materials, and documentation for inspections and repairs of Fire and Life Safety systems. This role dispatches personnel to job sites and communicates with clients to ensure efficient field operations.

The position offers a pay range of $28.00–$38.00 per hour, with eligibility for company benefit programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct coordination and management of daily schedules for field service technicians, planning inspections, maintenance, testing and repair of fire/life safety systems.
• Communicate and resolve scheduling issues with customers and team members.
• Monitor activity to meet commitments and update customers on status changes.
• Alert management to potential problems from customer or field issues and assist in resolution.
• Review completed jobs and verify inventory and costs at job closure.
• Maintain inspection documentation and documentation accuracy during completion.
• Track and address any jobs reopened due to missing information.
• Stay up-to-date on work progress, customer relations, and field operations.
