Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years administrative, dispatching or customer service experience in relevant environments.
• Professional demeanor and ability to interact with others with tact and respect.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED and valid driver's license with good driving history.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and emails regarding service, maintenance and inspections.
• Serve as main contact for customers and service technicians.
• Coordinate with project managers, property managers and vendors.
• Schedule and dispatch service technicians and labor/types by time and day.
• Create and close work orders in service department system.
• Prepare, review and process invoices accurately and promptly.
• Support service supervisor with reporting and administrative tasks.
