Responsibilities

• Operational & financial performance of the service division, with a focus on leadership and growth.
• Collaborate with branch/general managers to plan goals, headcount and growth projections.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain service technicians; guide training and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with other support teams to ensure smooth Service Department operations.
• Lead regular service team meetings to ensure clear communication and collaboration.
• Build a high-performance team that operates safely, efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Mentor team members and regularly review performance and development.
• Communicate with customers regarding issues and pursue timely resolutions.
• Support sales through market leads and price optimization initiatives.
• Review, schedule, and execute service, inspection, testing and maintenance contracts.
• Ensure time charging to jobs is accurate for cost accounting.
• Use scheduling/invoicing tools to schedule calls and generate invoices timely.
• Monitor certifications and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Commit to Safety culture and ensure provision of tools and PPE.
• Establish quality controls and adherence to fire and life safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
