Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, LLC is seeking a Project Sales Representative to drive revenue by selling products and services to current and new clients. You will build relationships, identify prospective customers, follow up on leads, and suggest marketing strategies tailored to target markets.

The role emphasizes developing and maintaining customer relationships, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and support. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of outside sales experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to function well in a high‑paced and stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
• Communicates with customers to identify needs and suggests products/services.
• Demonstrates product functions and value based on customer needs.
• Maintains customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves post sale issues.
• Maintains communication with customers about new products, services and enhancements.
• Maintains detailed reports of sales activities and forecast territory performance.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
