Job summary

M&K Truck Centers of Harrisburg is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to lead Fire Rescue product sales in the territory. This role blends traditional outside sales with a focus on fire departments and emergency services.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of direct sales experience, is comfortable with evenings and weekends, and can build long-term client relationships while exceeding sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience.
• Experience selling fire apparatus is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for fire rescue product sales in the assigned territory.
• Develop and pursue new business opportunities to grow sales and profitability.
• Conduct in-person customer sales calls and product demonstrations, including evenings/weekends.
• Promote products through flyers, displays, and community engagement; write sales contracts per policy.
• Resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Achieve assigned sales and profitability goals.
• Maintain account standards and provide post-sale service.
• Adhere to company sales policies.
