Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Scheduler to optimize service work and ensure commitments are met using an AI Scheduling Platform (SEDU). You will communicate with customers and field staff to resolve issues and keep stakeholders informed.

The role requires coordinating schedules, monitoring branch activity, and prioritizing backorders to meet customer expectations while maintaining service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2 years customer service experience.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience coordinating/scheduling in a service-related industry.
• Intermediate Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and optimize service work using an AI Scheduling Platform (SEDU).
• Communicate with customers and field personnel to coordinate service repairs.
• Monitor branch activity and ensure compliance with program initiatives; implement action plans.
• Prioritize backorders and reassign work to meet customer expectations based on workload and priorities.
• Track technician activity and provide status updates to customers about arrivals.
