Qualifications

• Intermediate Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and optimize service work to meet customer commitments.
• Use the SEIDU AI Scheduling Platform to create technician schedules and manage updates.
• Communicate status and issues to customers and field personnel; escalate when needed.
• Monitor branch activity and compliance; implement action plans with management.
• Prioritize backorders and reassign work to meet customer expectations.
