Job summary

Atlantic Constructors, Inc. seeks an experienced Fire Protection Superintendent to lead field staff across fire protection projects. You will manage journeymen, mechanics, and apprentices, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to schedule and budget.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of fire protection systems, and the ability to coordinate with Construction teams and vendors to deliver projects on time. This position emphasizes safety culture and accountability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial fire protection supervision
• 10+ years hands-on fire protection trade work
• Strong safety standards knowledge
• Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision
• Clean driving record and travel to multiple sites

Responsibilities

• Oversee fire protection field manpower to meet design, budget, and schedule
• Oversee day-to-day field personnel transitions to ensure quality and productivity
• Ensure safety and incident reporting procedures are followed
• Communicate with Construction team on issues and progress
• Establish and maintain department standards
• Hire, train, and evaluate fire protection staff; manage performance and discipline
