Job summary

Atlantic Constructors, Inc. seeks a Fire Protection Superintendent to lead field crews on commercial projects. You will oversee journeymen, mechanics, and apprentices, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery in alignment with design, budget, and schedule.

The role requires extensive supervision experience, strong safety culture, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams across sites. Travel to various job sites will be needed as part of duties.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial fire protection supervision.
• 10+ years of hands-on fire protection trade work.
• Strong adherence to safety standards and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and supervise across multiple job sites.
• Clean driving record and willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fire protection field manpower to meet design, budget, and schedule.
• Supervise day-to-day fire protection field personnel across projects.
• Ensure safety and incident reporting procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with Construction team on issues and progress.
• Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions.
