Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Fire Protection Trade Manager to lead field supervision on commercial projects.

You will oversee fire protection crews, ensure work meets design and safety standards, and mentor foremen, fitters, mechanics, and apprentices to improve workmanship and productivity. The role requires strong leadership, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to coordinate across planning, scheduling, and engineering functions across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial fire protection supervision and field work.
• Proficiency in fire protection field supervision.
• Strong safety records and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fire protection field manpower to ensure construction aligns with design, budget, and schedule.
• Supervise daily fire protection field personnel transferring between jobs to maintain quality and productivity.
• Document changes and issues; relay information; act as a team leader.
• Communicate with Construction team on open issues and progress during planning and build phases.
• Focus on output quality to meet company vision goals.
