Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Fire Protection Superintendent or equivalent.
• Strong safety, quality, and health knowledge for construction sites.
• Proficient with MS Project and MS Office.
• Able to lead multiple crews and coordinate with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage onsite construction as a unified team.
• Oversee day-to-day project operations and scheduling.
• Supervise field teams on medium to complex projects.
• Collaborate with PM to maintain project schedules.
• Lead onboarding and training of new hires on site.
• Conduct annual or more frequent employee performance reviews.
• Coordinate with estimating for bid support and technical guidance.
• Ensure safety policies are enforced and MSAs are completed.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules and communicate delays.
• Manage material procurement, deliveries, and site logistics.
• Organize weekly project meetings with foremen and subs.
• Track progress of supervision and enforce accountability.
• Document lessons learned at project closeout.
• Maintain clean, orderly jobsite environments.
