Job summary

Atlantic Constructors, Inc. seeks a seasoned Fire Protection Superintendent to lead day-to-day operations of our fire protection field team on multiple commercial projects.

You will supervise journeymen, mechanics, and apprentices, ensuring safety, quality and alignment with design, budget and schedule. The role requires 6+ years of supervision and 10+ years of hands-on experience, a strong safety record, and the ability to report to multiple job sites.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial fire protection supervision and 10+ years of hands-on trade work or equivalent.
• Proficiency in fire protection field supervision and safety standards.
• Ability to multi-task, follow instructions, and solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel between job sites as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fire protection field manpower ensuring work aligns with design, budget and schedule.
• Supervise day-to-day field personnel and ensure quality and productivity.
• Document changes and communicate issues to team, supervisor, safety or HR.
• Coordinate with Construction team on planning, progress and issues.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance reviews for fire protection staff.
