Job summary

The Hiller Companies, LLC is seeking a Service Sales Representative to drive growth in fire protection services.

You will survey, promote, quote, and sell our offerings, qualify buyers for service contracts, and coordinate with the service department to schedule work. Strong communication and MS Office skills are required. Bachelor's degree is preferred with 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least 2 years of proven work experience.
• Typically, three to five years of successful end-user business-to-business outside sales experience. Experience in service sales is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to close sales based on value, not price.
• Experience in fire and life safety industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Call on new and existing customers to survey, promote, quote, and sell fire protection products, systems, and services.
• Qualify potential buyers of service contracts by scheduling sales calls and educating customers on our service offering.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales calls and related activities and submit forecasts and expenses.
• Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy for each account; close sales to meet goals.
• Maintain quotes in the Service Trade Software Platform and coordinate with the Service Department for scheduling.
