Job summary

Century Fire Protection is seeking a Service Coordinator to organize and track fire protection and life safety service and repair activities. You will be the primary contact between field technicians, customers, and internal teams to ensure calls are scheduled, executed, and documented accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in service coordination or dispatch, proficient with Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of service coordination, dispatch, or administrative support.
• Experience in fire protection, construction, or facilities service preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic ERP usage.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate service calls for fire protection systems.
• Dispatch technicians and manage daily/weekly service calendars.
• Communicate with customers about appointments, access, and status.
• Track service tickets and work orders in ERP/CMMS.
• Review service documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Support follow-up repairs, inspections, and return visits.
