Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a Service Sales Representative for our fire-life safety and security business in Salisbury, MD. You will sell service contracts, pursue new opportunities, and expand services with existing customers while managing the sales cycle from prospecting to final agreement.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of quota-driven selling experience, strong consultative and negotiation skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Two to five years consistently meeting or exceeding quotas selling service and maintenance contracts.
• Consultative selling expertise.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Effective communication and ability to present to broad audiences.

Responsibilities

• Sell service and maintenance contracts and related services; achieve orders/booking.
• Achieve annual quota after ramp-up.
• Grow market share by selling to new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Perform needs assessments, prepare proposals, estimates and presentations.
• Maintain accurate forecasts using CRM and knowledge of products/services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to secure sales and coordinate delivery.
