Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a Service Sales Representative to drive new service contracts and expand offerings with end-user customers in the Baltimore, MD, Washington DC, and Virginia area. You will manage opportunities, build relationships, and deliver compelling proposals to achieve annual quotas.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, accurate CRM forecasting, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• Two to five years consistently meeting or exceeding quotas of selling service and maintenance contracts to end user customers or related activity.
• Consultative selling expertise and ability to build customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to broad audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Sell service and maintenance contracts and related services; achieve orders and bookings.
• Meet annual quota and drive growth in new and existing customers within Baltimore, MD, DC, and VA.
• Develop proposals, estimates, and presentations; provide accurate CRM forecast.
• Build market share by selling a broad range of services to new customers and existing accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance, legal) to secure deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
