Control Systems Inc. is seeking a Service Sales Account Manager to partner with existing customers and build new relationships in the fire and life safety sector.

You will upsell and develop multi-line service offerings, preparing pricing proposals that highlight superior customer service. You will identify customer needs, craft strategies to meet business objectives, and drive lead generation through seminars, demonstrations, and trade shows, while working closely with the service team to

Qualifications

• Proven success in selling service agreements to various levels within organizations.
• Experience in fire and life safety systems and equipment.
• Knowledge of building life safety inspection codes and standards (IFC, IBC, NFPA, CMS).
• At least 2 years in sales, business development, or consulting within related commercial building industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture customer relationships, upsell, and propose multi-line services with pricing strategies.
