Job summary

HCI Systems, Inc is seeking enthusiastic Service Sales Account Managers to join our fast-growing team in the fire and life safety sector. You will partner with existing customers and build new relationships to provide low voltage, fire, life safety products and services.

The role emphasizes upselling, service agreements, and coordinating with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets. Opportunities to participate in trade shows and demonstrations are included.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years in sales/business development in commercial fire life safety.
• Experience selling service agreements to customer organizations.
• Knowledge of fire life safety systems and codes (IFC/IBC/NFPA).

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and developing customer relationships, upselling services and pricing proposals.
• Identifying customer needs and developing strategies to meet objectives.
• Identify and propose low voltage system upgrade opportunities.
• Sell fire alarm and sprinkler inspections (annual and 5-year).
• Generate proposals on repairs and service work identified during inspections.
• Collaborate with contractors, facility managers, and property managers to fulfill requirements.
