Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project/Service Team Leader to join our growth-focused team. You will lead projects, oversee field teams, and ensure high-quality service delivery across security, fire and building automation systems.

You will mentor staff, manage site activities, coordinate with the Project Coordinator, and maintain customer satisfaction while delivering on time and within budget. Texas-based role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer focus and ability to regularly work under pressure; meets customer needs.
• Strong technical skills related to building automation, fire alarm and/or electronic security systems.
• Strong programming skills and ability to troubleshoot problems.

Responsibilities

• Installs, programs, tests, repairs, and services security, fire alarm, life safety or building automation systems; provides technical support and training to customers.
• Operates systems to demonstrate equipment, commission new systems, analyze performance and identify malfunctions.
• Oversees site management of projects, coordinates installation plans, and ensures on-time completion within budget.
• Supervises technicians and subcontractors, mentoring and coordinating work.
• Coordinates subcontractors and ensures quality assurance standards.
