Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Installation Supervisor to lead our installation team on Fire, Security, and Building Automation projects. You will oversee start-up, checkout, certification, and customer training at assigned sites, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

You will work in a fast-paced environment focused on excellent service, with a strong emphasis on safety, cost control, and customer satisfaction across diverse customer environments.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years relevant experience in installation supervision or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation team and oversee start-up, check-out, certification, and customer training on Fire, Security, and Building Automation projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as required.
