Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project/Service Team Leader to join our culture in Pflugerville, TX. You will lead a dynamic team that installs, programs, tests, repairs and services building automation, security and life-safety systems, coordinating with the Project Coordinator to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.

Candidates should have 5–7 years of relevant experience, strong technical and programming skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with building automation and fire alarm systems.
• Strong programming skills and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license; willingness to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, repair, and service security, fire alarm and life-safety, and building automation systems.
• Provide technical support and training to customers.
• Identify project risks and help minimize cost and schedule deviations.
• Supervise subcontractors and field staff, mentoring and coordinating work.
• Oversee site management for on-time completion within budget.
