Convergint is seeking a full-time Installation Supervisor to join our team in a role that drives on-site execution for Fire, Security, and Building Automation projects. You will lead a skilled installation crew, oversee programming and start-up, and ensure customer satisfaction while managing schedules and costs.

Qualifications

• Proficient construction skills and understanding of system plans.
• Excellent understanding of blueprints and design drawings including wiring and labeling methods.
• Familiar with basic blueprints, schematics, manuals and other specs to determine installation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation team and oversee the installation process including programming, start-up/check-out, certification, and related customer training on Fire, Security, and/or Building Automation projects.
• Ensure delivery of projects within budgeted costs and time schedules; maximize customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as required.
