You will interpret blueprints and manuals, document service actions, and provide top-tier customer service while adhering to safety and union guidelines.

The role involves on-site work, potential on-call shifts, and collaboration with the service team to ensure facility is running efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in low voltage electrical systems including Fire/Life Safety.
• Experience reading blueprints and submittals for service actions.
• Familiar with test equipment and commissioning devices.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform service and repairs on fire alarm systems at customer sites.
• Read blueprints, submittals and manuals to determine service actions.
• Provide on-site solutions and communicate with customers.
