The role emphasizes coordinating with internal teams, maintaining CRM records, and staying up-to-date on products and regulations affecting life safety. This position is on-site in Assonet, MA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service within life safety, fire protection, or security.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage existing and new customer relationships within the assigned territory.
• Provide expert consultation on life safety and security solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales goals.
• Drive inspection renewals, service agreements, and system upgrade opportunities.
• Coordinate with installation, service, and design teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Complete mandatory daily CRM updates and report on sales activities and forecasted revenue.
