Job summary

Dinges Fire Company seeks a sales professional to plan and carry out sales activities on assigned accounts or areas, building relationships with Fire and EMT decision-makers. You will ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to quality service delivery as part of a team known for a 'Help First' approach.

Qualifications

• Experience with fire service equipment and tools is preferred.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools.
• Understanding of customer service principles and business basics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
• Schedule sales activity.
• Make sales calls to new and existing customers.
• Develop and present company products and services to clients.
• Negotiate with clients.
• Develop sales proposals.
• Respond to sales inquiries by phone, email or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and build client relationships.
• Follow up on sales activity.
