Convergint is seeking a full-time Account Executive to cultivate new relationships, understand customer needs, and secure sales opportunities. You will be part of a dynamic sales team driving growth and delivering results within our culture.

The role emphasizes developing pipeline, presenting and closing deals, and collaborating with experts to craft compelling proposals for diverse markets including healthcare and data centers.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience selling fire alarm systems to enterprise-level customers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Account Development: sell to dedicated accounts and manage services to increase lifetime value.
• Develop Pipeline with real decision makers to build a business case and timelines.
• Proposal Construction: lead the team to create winning proposals with quotes and justification.
• Presenting & Closing: present proposals to decision makers and handle objections to close.
• Market Focus: identify and develop pipeline for assigned markets and opportunities.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to craft technical solutions and proposals.
• Perform other duties as required.
