Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Fire Account Executive to cultivate new relationships and win sales opportunities in the fire alarm and life-safety market. You will work with a dynamic team to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions, driving growth across assigned accounts.

You’ll build a robust pipeline, develop proposals, present to decision makers, and close deals while collaborating with subject matter experts.

Qualifications

• Proven history of success selling Fire Alarm & Life Safety solutions.
• Strong affinity for problem solving.
• Desire to learn, understand, and apply solutions to customer challenges.

Responsibilities

• Account Development: selling fire alarm and life safety systems/services to new customers and developing opportunities.
• Develop Pipeline: work with decision makers to build a business case and secure approvals.
• Proposal Construction: lead the sales pursuit team to create winning proposals with quotes and business case.
• Presenting & Closing: present to decision makers and manage objections to reach go/no-go decisions.
• Market Focus: identify and develop pipeline in assigned markets like government, healthcare, data centers.
• Collaborate with SMEs: work with designers, estimators, sales engineers and managers to craft winning proposals.
• Perform other duties as requested.
