Job summary

S.A. Comunale Co., Inc. is seeking a Fire Alarm Service Sales Representative to sell fire alarm contracts, service, and small installation projects. The role focuses on attracting and closing new customers within an assigned territory, with travel to customer sites as needed.

The ideal candidate will develop new business, maintain customer relationships, and ensure contractual obligations are met while delivering high-quality service and support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling service contracts in the Fire Protection industry is required.
• Working knowledge of NFPA 72 is required.
• A valid driver's license and excellent driving record is required.
• Significant experience with Microsoft Office applications is required.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Demonstration of a positive attitude is required.
• The ability to think strategically, make sound decisions, and produce accurate and timely results is required.
• Excellent organizational skills are required.
• Ability to follow-up on tasks and assignments in a timely manner is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, selection, and development of new and existing customer accounts.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with customers, ensuring satisfaction with products and services.
• Ensure contractual obligations are met and resolve customer problems.
• Quotes to the customers for service and follow-up impairments.
• Grow service base by selling commercial service products and solutions to new and existing customers.
• Travel to customer sites and work with branch personnel to ensure service from order to delivery.
• Develop and maintain vendor relations.
• Read architectural and mechanical drawings to determine sprinkler locations for new construction and remodel projects.
