Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling service contracts in the fire protection industry.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Working knowledge of NFPA 72.
• Ability to multitask and travel to customer sites.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop new and existing customer accounts.
• Sell fire alarm service contracts and small installation projects.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare quotes for service and follow up on leads.
• Coordinate with branch staff to ensure service delivery from order to completion.
• Travel to customer sites as required.
