Bayside Fire Protection, LLC is seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Sales Representative to join our growing team. We deliver reliable fire alarm and life safety solutions and build lasting customer relationships across the region.

You will develop opportunities, prepare proposals, and guide customers from first contact to close, working closely with design, service, and installation teams. A strong sales background in fire protection and the ability to read plans are preferred; valid driver’s

Qualifications

• Experience in fire alarm, fire protection, security, or related industries preferred.
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and project documents preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial property owners, contractors, facility managers, and existing customers.
• Identify new fire alarm life safety opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations for customers.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through close.
• Work closely with design, service, and installation teams to ensure customer needs are met.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline tracking.
• Build long-term customer relationships and generate recurring service opportunities.
