S.A. Comunale in the Harrisburg area seeks a Fire Alarm Service Sales Representative to drive the sale of fire alarm contracts, service and small installation projects. You will identify prospects, qualify leads, and close deals with contractors and end users within your territory.

The role requires travel to customer sites, excellent communication, and the ability to build long-term relationships while promoting service and modernization offerings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling service contracts in the Fire Protection industry.
• Knowledge of NFPA 72 is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify, select, and develop new and existing customer accounts.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with customers, ensuring satisfaction.
• Ensure contractual obligations are met and resolve problems quickly.
• Quote customers for service and follow-up impairments.
• Grow service base by selling commercial service products & solutions, including repair service and maintenance agreements.
• Travel with branch personnel to customer sites to ensure great service.
• Read architectural and mechanical drawings to determine sprinkler locations for projects.
• Develop and maintain vendor relations.
