Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years B2B sales, business development, or equivalent.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build customer confidence and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts and pursue opportunities in the fire alarm and life safety market.
• Manage relationships with contractors, engineers and facilities stakeholders.
• Prospect regularly via phone, email, LinkedIn, and in person to build pipeline.
• Lead pursuit teams to construct proposals reflecting scope and codes.
• Present proposals to decision makers and close deals while addressing objections.
• Grow recurring revenue through service agreements and monitoring opportunities.
