Job summary

zerohash is seeking a Technical Project Manager, Auth to join our fintech team in New York. You will own complex, cross-functional software projects from initiation through production rollout, acting as the bridge between Engineering, Product, and stakeholders.

In this role you will organize teams in Jira, manage the delivery calendar, build dashboards, and drive end-to-end PDLC improvements in a fast-growing crypto environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Experience in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency companies.
• Mastery of Jira and the Atlassian product suite.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional software development projects.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Experience working with remote or globally distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of account linking and authentication infrastructure, including wallet integrations, chain abstraction, stablecoin funding, and end-to-end lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Organise teams in Jira: releases, milestones, sprint planning and ceremonies.
• Own the zerohash delivery calendar for your squads and drive ceremony rhythm.
• Create and maintain dashboard reporting across delivery, release and velocity.
• Facilitate delivery end-to-end: scoping → sizing → development → testing → validation → sign-off → prod roll-out.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies and drive execution.
• Maintain delivery plans, surface risks early and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Implement PDLC best practices and drive process improvement across the function.
• Help teams with resourcing.
• Building automated AI reporting, scalable and applicable across the board for different stakeholders.
