Job summary

Mondo in New York, NY seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end technology and application development projects in a financial services environment. You will partner with engineering, data, business, and senior stakeholders to build project plans, manage execution, and deliver complex initiatives.

The role requires strong Jira expertise, 3–10 years of related experience, and a hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). Immediate start.

Qualifications

3–10 years of technical project/ program management or related experience.
Experience in financial services/fintech or technology environments.
Strong Jira experience and ability to build plans from scratch.
PMO or governance experience; capable of overseeing 60–70% of planning/execution.

Responsibilities

Build detailed project plans from scratch and manage end-to-end execution.
Provide 60–70% oversight of planning, tracking, and delivery.
Lead technology, data, and application development projects.
Translate business objectives into requirements, roadmaps, and timelines.
Coordinate engineering, data, operations, finance, and third-party teams.
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and timelines.
