Job summary

zerohash is seeking a Technical Project Manager, Auth to drive cross-functional software delivery in a fast-growing fintech. You will partner with Engineering, Product, and other stakeholders to own a product vertical from inception to production rollout.

You bring 6+ years of technical project management, deep Jira/Atlassian experience, and a strong SDLC/agile foundation, with fintech or blockchain exposure, superb communication, and a track record of delivering complex programs with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Experience in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency companies.
• Mastery of Jira and the Atlassian product suite.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional software development projects.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience working with remote or globally distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of account linking and authentication infrastructure, including wallet integrations and secure asset transfer.

Responsibilities

• Organise teams in JIRA: releases, milestones, sprint planning and ceremonies
• Own the zerohash delivery calendar for your squads and drive ceremony rhythm
• Create and maintain dashboard reporting across delivery, release and velocity
• Facilitate delivery end-to-end: scoping - sizing - development - testing - validation - sign-off - prod roll-out
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies and drive execution
• Maintain delivery plans, surface risks early and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
• Implement PDLC best practices and drive process improvement across the function
• Help teams with resourcing
• Building automated AI reporting, scalable and applicable across the board for different stakeholders
