Job summary

My Funded Futures is seeking a capable Project Manager to own delivery across engineering initiatives for our trading platforms. You will translate product priorities into clear roadmaps, run sprint cadences, and remove blockers in a fast-paced fintech environment.

A track record in technical project management, comfort discussing architecture with engineers, and a bias for shipping are essential. This is a high-ownership role with fast growth and impact across multiple teams.

Qualifications

Experience managing technical projects in fintech, trading, or SaaS.
Ability to discuss architecture with Engineering beyond deadlines.
Strong prioritization to distinguish what must ship now from what can wait.
Able to hold engineers and leadership accountable without bottlenecking.
Genuine interest in trading, markets, or prop firm culture.
Speed with rigor in a fast-moving environment.
Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Thrives in a small, fast-scaling team where ideas win.

Responsibilities

Own delivery across engineering projects: scoping, sequencing, tracking, and shipping, end to end.
Translate priorities into clear, sequenced project plans for Engineering.
Run day-to-day cadences: standups, sprint planning, retros, and rituals.
Identify and clear blockers, including dependencies, vendors, or resourcing gaps.
Coordinate across Engineering, Product, and other teams to prevent gaps.
Track project health and communicate risks to leadership.
Own technical documentation and process rigor to reduce overhead.
Balance multiple projects across trading platform, prop firm, and brokerage lines.
