Job summary

zerohash is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives across Engineering, Product, and stakeholders. You will own multiple major programs, ensuring alignment, predictable delivery, and operational excellence in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Collaboration with the Implementation Manager for client delivery and governance frameworks will be key. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Business and 7+ years in program management,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business.
7+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional programs.
Experience delivering large-scale programs from initiation to execution.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex cross-functional initiatives.
Manage multiple workstreams and align stakeholders across functions.
Own program governance: frameworks, dependency management, risk mitigation, and predictable outcomes.
Drive internal initiatives and support client delivery programs.
Build and maintain program plans, milestones, and dashboards.
Develop automated AI reporting for diverse stakeholders.
