Job summary

zerohash is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead cross-functional strategic initiatives across Engineering, Product, and stakeholders in a fast-growing fintech setting. You will own multiple major programs, ensuring alignment, delivery, and governance while coordinating multi-team dependencies.

You will manage governance, risk, reporting, and client delivery programs, building scalable frameworks and AI-enabled dashboards for stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a dedicated program management role leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience delivering large-scale programs from initiation to execution.
• Experience coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams and managing dependencies.
• Strong understanding of PDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, aligning stakeholders across functions.
• Own program governance: frameworks, dependency management, risk mitigation, predictable outcomes.
• Drive strategic internal initiatives and support customer implementation programs.
• Work closely with the Implementation Manager for client delivery.
• Provide cross-functional coordination and visibility.
• Build and maintain program plans, milestones, and reporting dashboards.
• Build automated AI reporting, scalable and applicable across the board for different stakeholders, as well as the frameworks for program management.
