Job summary

CFS Solutions is a profitable fintech delivering automation to simplify banking operations for 500+ financial institutions. We seek an Operations Leader to own the weekly cadence and manage people-managers, converting a $3M+ professional services backlog into revenue.

You will run weekly leadership meetings, KPI scorecards, and project status reviews with three PMs, oversee the SLA framework, and ensure SOC 2 compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations or project management in a B2B software or tech-enabled services company.
• Experience owning a weekly operating cadence and managing people-managers.
• Strong CRM management skills and familiarity with regulatory or compliance-heavy environments.

Responsibilities

• Run weekly leadership meetings, KPI scorecards, and project status meetings with three Project Managers.
• Direct support and delivery teams through managers, own the SLA framework, and ensure SOC 2 compliance.
• Manage CRM (HubSpot) data and workflows, and partner with the Business Systems Engineer on automation.
