Latitude seeks a Head of Strategy & Operations to work directly with the CEO, shape the operating system, and lead cross‑functional teams across strategy and execution. This role blends rigorous analysis with hands-on operational leadership to drive high-velocity decisions.

You will own planning, accountability, and staffing for support, product ops, and compliance, while building executive materials and guiding strategic bets for growth.

Qualificações

• 8+ years across strategy and operations in high-growth settings.
• Experience reporting to founders or CEOs and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to scale operations and improve execution.
• Comfort operating in regulated payments environments.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills with data ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Own planning cadence, goals, accountability, and decision documentation.
• Lead operations teams including support, product operations, and compliance.
• Develop board decks, investor updates, and all-hands materials.
• Analyze pricing, market entry, and partner performance with a point of view.
• Partner with product on prioritization and market sizing.
