Job summary

Human Interest seeks a Senior Manager of Operations within Customer Success & Operations to lead a multi-team group of Operations Managers handling money movement flows for clients and participants. Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, you will translate strategy into actionable plans, drive continuous improvement, and maintain strict risk control.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Legal, and Sales/Onboarding to elevate the client experience, mentor leaders,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of operational management experience in financial services, fintech, retirement services (401k), or banking.
• Strong understanding of money movement processes and risk controls.
• Proven ability to develop direct-report managers and high-performing teams.
• Experience leveraging data reports and SLA metrics to drive strategy.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop multiple Operations Managers.
• Translate company strategy into departmental goals across money movement flows.
• Own high-level metrics for SLA adherence, quality, and cycle times.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with CS&O, Product, Data, Legal, and Sales.
• Maintain a rigorous control environment across transaction lifecycles and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and standardization.
