Job summary
Posh, based in the Boston area, is hiring a Solutions Engineer to lead the technical evaluation process for community banks and credit unions. You will guide clients from discovery to close, delivering live demos, driving integrations with telephony and APIs, and ensuring secure, compliant deployments.
You will collaborate with sales, product, and implementation teams to translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes and to align with customer needs across regulated
Qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing solutions role within tech or financial services.
- Experience selling to or working with banks or credit unions and familiarity with FI tech.
- Proven track record winning technical evaluations on high-value deals.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and solution design from first call through handover.
- Scope and close expansions where tech fits into existing deployments.
- Build and deliver live demos tailored to each institution's needs.
- Own vendor evaluations, RFPs, security questionnaires, and due diligence.
- Coordinate with telephony, CCaaS, core banking, and authentication systems.
- Design and run proofs of concept showing business impact.
- Explain platform concepts to executives, IT, and security teams.
- Partner with Product and Implementation to capture prospects' requirements
